I have worked with other realtors when trying to buy a home and when it came time to schedule a showing or put in a bid I didn’t seem to be high on the importance since my budget wasn’t as high as others.
When my wife and I decided to switch realtors we heard word of mouth that Crystal was great. At this time my wife had just found a house she wanted to look at a put a bid in on it. The next day after we contacted Crystal we had a showing to the house and put in an offer soon after. I’m a veteran and was using a VA loan which takes a lot of extra work. When it came down to having extra inspections Crystal was there to meet the inspectors when I couldn’t and even ran errands for me when it came down to a timing delay on a water test needing to close. Oh yes on top of that we closed in 3 weeks using a VA loan which is almost unheard of, normal turn around would be 45-60 days. Crystal was great and you won’t be disappointed.
